Bought this to replace a previous machine that only lasted just over 3 years and it was only used for two cups a day weekdays and probably 5 or 6 at week-ends. Makes really nice coffee and hot chocolate. Coudn't be without it hence my reason for purchasing another, better model with a water filter, as I live in an area of very hard water. Not cheap drinks but shop around and supermarkets sometimes have special offers.

Had this for a couple of days, bought for my partner as she has wanted one for a while.
This machine is brilliant my girlfriend loves it.
We have both been impressed with the ease of use and the lack of mess when using it, it is alot quieter than we expected, and the drinks are actually hot hot.
Everyone that has been round and tried any of the drinks we have are all equally impressed and are planning to buy too.
Also a great price from Amazon with the usual quick postage.

I just bought a second one for home. This gets used constantly in our office and produces a fabulous range of drinks.

The bulk packs of discs are great value from Amazon too. We especially love the Columbian an Suchards chocolate drinks.
